Privacy

AICXO News is a static publication. There is no login, no user account, and no database of readers on this site. This page describes the limited data that is nevertheless collected when you visit, and who processes it.

What we collect directly

Nothing that identifies you. The site stores no cookies of its own, uses no local storage, and asks for no personal information to read anything. Our fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party font CDN, so reading an article does not announce your visit to another company.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which articles are read and roughly where readers come from. It sets cookies and processes your IP address, browser, and referring page; Google acts as our processor and may transfer that data outside your country. We use it in aggregate only — we do not attempt to identify individual readers, and we do not run advertising or remarketing on this site. If you would rather not be counted, browser tracking protection or the Google Analytics opt-out both work, and nothing on the site breaks without it.

Local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember article upvotes. This data never leaves your device — it is not transmitted to any server. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Contact form

The contact form is provided by Tally. What you type into it — including your email address if you give one — is transmitted to Tally and forwarded to our editorial inbox. Email us directly instead if you prefer not to use it. Correspondence is retained only as long as it is editorially useful.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL — to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. Those logs are Cloudflare's, held under its own terms, and we do not build reader profiles from them.

Embedded content

Articles occasionally embed third-party content such as a video or a chart. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited the other site, and can collect data under that provider's policy. We keep embeds rare for exactly this reason.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the EU and the UK, and under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, and to object to processing. In practice the only personal data we may hold is any email you send us. Write to hello@aicxonews.com and we will act on the request.

Children

This is a trade publication for working professionals. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and describe the change here.
